Sianne's journey into face painting began as a makeup artist to local theatrical groups and volunteer face painter at charity fundraisers. This experience ignited a passion for both the artistic craft and the delightful smiles it brought to children of all ages. Recognising her love for the art, and the need to support her creative endeavours financially, she established Merry Brush as a professional business in April 2014.

As Merry Brush, Sianne is committed to providing an exceptional experience, using only the highest quality equipment and products. She prioritises continuous professional development, actively participating in training workshops led by renowned face and body painters from around the world. This dedication to honing her skills has been recognized with awards and competition wins in both face and body painting. Sianne remains driven to further refine her artistry and embrace new creative challenges.

According to Sianne, "There is no better feeling than the 'mirror moment' - that split second when the person you have just painted sees their face in the mirror for the first time, and their reaction of surprise and joy.  How can I not love my job when it makes people so happy!"
